Quality Consulting Group (QCG) is an Australian consultancy company that specialises in Integrated Management Systems. With over thirty five years of experience in Quality, Environment, Safety Management Systems and working in the Automotive industries in various management and technical positions, provides a valuable resource for organisations to achieving certification.

QCG HISTORY
Quality Consulting Group (QCG) was established in response to small to medium businesses Work Health and Safety (WHS) needs, with the ever changing Federal and State Legislations. Every business whether under 10 employees or those larger than 10 employees, it is mandatory to establish and implement a Health and Safety Management System. (i.e. OH&S Procedures, policies, documentation, training, resources, consultation, RTW, OHS Committee group, Risk Assessment, etc.)
At Quality Consulting Group we believe the important part of developing an effective management systems is listening to our clients’ needs and expectation, understanding their business goals, throughout the design phase, ensuring the final concept meets the client’s particular requirements and their goals.
